The South Bay showed its potential at the end of March with a couple days full of barrels. Shots from both the land and water by Brad Jacobson

The South Bay lit up on November 25th with overhead barrels. The normal sleepy beach breaks came alive with this wind swell.

Chris "Wardo" Ward came up to the South Bay to grab a few barrels. Chris Wells, Jalian Johnston, Justin Genest and others were attacking the head high + barrels.

A small swell snuck into Los Angeles bringing head high sets to those who were on it. Not great shape but a few fun ones came through.

Early Friday morning brought some clean, waist to head high surf to some South Bay spots. Here, we caught Filippa Ferrara, Steve Howe, Chris Wells, Conor Beatty and others getting to it before the winds and tide did.

May 9th brought waist to head high fun surf to the South Bay. Dane Zaun, Matt Pagan, Steve Howe, Jamie Meistrell, Chris Wells, Conor Beatty, Charles Carver and others were on hand to take advantage of the first decent waves in over a week.

Another day of small surf in the South Bay. Matt Pagan, Kelly Zaun, Chris Wells, Filippa Ferrara and others did what they could with the knee to waist high surf.

Wednesday brought us waist high sluggish surf. Conor Beatty, Chris Wells, the Brewers, Noah Collins and others did their best with what was there. Surf shots are from both Porto and Burnout. Could be time for some trips down south.

The new swell started to fill in Wednesday. Visibility was a little better than yesterday. The morning stayed clean with occasional head high sets. Wed's surf pictures include Kelly Zaun, Josh Perch, Chris Wells and others.
