Enter the spacious studio to a vaulted wood beamed ceiling with custom lighting, and abundant windows offering a breathtaking ocean view. At Mind Body Manhattan, you will receive a challenging, yet pleasing fitness session in an intimate and peaceful space. We maintain a stress-free environment where you can unwind by enjoying a revitalizing workout. Private sessions, semi-privates, and classes are available. Pilates Manhattan is the only Studio in the South Bay offering Sports Med Reformers for clientele 5'9" and taller. A private changing room, bathroom and shower are available for your convenience.
